Refund Policy

Coventry Ridge Review Ltd is committed to fair and transparent customer service. This Refund Policy covers all Hardero orders placed through our website.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. This policy is offered as a standard of good customer service. After 14 days from delivery, we are unable to accept return requests.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
• Be returned in the same condition as received.

Opened or partially used supplement products cannot be accepted for return for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty or damaged on delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery:

Please include your order details (name, phone number used to order) and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the same payment method used for the original order. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to a nominated New Zealand bank account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Opened supplement packaging.
• Items returned after 14 calendar days from delivery.
• Items damaged due to improper storage or use.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
